VOLUNTEER LEADERS
Volunteer Leaders go where kids are to "earn the right to be heard". By entering their world, leaders build relationships with kids on their turf with no strings attached. This is "incarnational evangelism" at its grass roots.
Leaders are committed to being involved with kids' lives -- from supporting them at their sporting events to listening to them talk about what's important to them. Our leaders help kids consider the direction of their lives, and they offer hope for their future. Young Life is active in various high schools and middle schools in West Houston. Young Life is making a difference in kids' lives all across our area.

Each local area has a committee of adults who believes in the mission of Young Life: to introduce adolescents to Jesus Christ and to help them grow in their faith. You'll find adults from all different backgrounds, careers and churches, including lots of moms and dads who care about kids. The committee, comprised of parents, Young Life alumni and civic leaders, provides a foundation of financial, administrative and moral support for the local Young Life team.
